About the event

Wild Shakti is an immersive experience open to yoga teachers, students, and anyone feeling called to awaken their creative life force and reconnect with what’s been quietly stirring within. You do not need to be a yoga teacher to attend. Whether you’re deepening your teaching, exploring embodied movement, or craving more ritual, meaning, and connection, this immersion offers a space to return to yourself.

Through embodied movement, breathwork, meditation, ceremony, and music as medicine, we explore Shakti - the vital life force energy that fuels creativity, presence, and aliveness. You’ll experience the chakra system through movement and reflection, explore the balance of divine feminine and masculine energies, and reconnect with your body as a source of wisdom.

This weekend immersion blends chakra wisdom, Shakti teachings, breathwork techniques, kriyas, and intuitive space-holding, moving beyond theory and into lived experience. Over the weekend, we move, breathe, learn, and grow inside a supportive, heart-centered community.

Rooted in ritual and remembrance, the weekend includes shared movement, reflection, and ceremony, closing Saturday with a Spring Equinox ceremony and drum circle to release what no longer serves and welcome renewal.

Whether you hope to teach one day or are simply seeking deeper embodiment for yourself, Wild Shakti guides you back into your body’s wisdom and inner power. Yoga teachers seeking continuing education credits have the option to lead a Shakti Yoga portion during the immersion in a supportive, low-pressure environment.

Weekend Will Look Like

Chakra Wisdom in Motion

We’ll explore the chakra system through embodied experience rather than theory alone. Each chakra will be paired with specific movements, meditations, mantras, and reflective practices so you can feel how energy lives and moves through the body.

Embodied Movement & Somatic Awareness

Movement will be intuitive, fluid, and grounded in sensation. We’ll explore what embodiment truly means, learning how to listen to the body’s signals, move with awareness, and reconnect to the body as a place of safety, expression, and wisdom.

Breathwork, Kriyas & Energy Activation

Breathwork practices will be woven throughout the weekend to support nervous system regulation, energy flow, and Shakti activation. We will also explore kriyas - purposeful sequences of breath and movement designed to shift energy, clear stagnant patterns, and create specific embodied effects. In Wild Shakti, kriyas are offered as invitations rather than prescriptions, always adaptable, optional, and guided by body awareness. Breath becomes a bridge between body and mind, helping awaken vitality while staying rooted, present, and self-led.

Awakening Shakti (Life Force Energy)

You’ll learn what Shakti is, how it moves, and why awakening this life force matters. When Shakti is activated, we feel more alive, creative, and connected — not through force, but through presence and attunement.

Why This Work Matters

We’ll explore why embodiment is essential in today’s world and how reconnecting to the body supports clarity, creativity, and resilience. This includes understanding how movement can support healing, especially in relation to stress, stored tension, and trauma - always approached gently, with choice and awareness.

Ritual, Music & Community

Ceremony and music as medicine are woven throughout the immersion to support expression and integration. Community circle, shared reflection, and intentional ritual create a sense of connection and belonging.

Spring Equinox Ceremony & Drum Circle

Saturday evening will close with a Spring Equinox ceremony and drum circle - a powerful moment of release, renewal, and celebration. This ritual supports letting go of what no longer serves and entering the final day feeling more open, free, and liberated.
